FFXIV plz dont kill WoW

ok right before i deployed i started playing WoW for a solid 4 months, but thats about all it took for me to be done. First off its way too easy, and the player community is horrible. The group play is pretty much Zerg through every instance b/c ur a pld and can tank 5000 things at once, theres no real calculation to anything, and after u get the best gear you can possibly get, it becomes junk the second the new expansion pack is done being installed on your computer. At least the FFXI tards are few and far in between and at least tolerable. WoW feels like one of every four players is either 10 years old or just plain derka derka... im really hoping FFXIV isnt going to be the WoW killer, b/c I like the player community here, and am not looking forward to tards migrating in masses

If you don't want FFXIV to kill WoW, you quite simply have to proclaim, as loudly and frequently as you can, that it's going to kill WoW.

The only WoW killer is whatever Blizzard's 3rd MMO is. Because you know they're working on another one and they're smart enough to not go head to head with their own product.

Dont worry, anything made by Square Soft, will always require more thinking then anything Blizzard comes out with.

Dont get me wrong, I liked WoW... kind of, it was fun, but did not go anything to have me say "hey I want to keep playing" where as FFXI kept me in its grasp for 6 years.

On the same coin Blizzard makes good games, but they are casual. But yeah FFXIV wont kill WoW, because they cater to two different crowds ;p

You can't think like that. As FFXI player, you have to display your superior soul, mind and heart. Be welcome to the new players. Show them the light, teach them to mature and guide the lost sheep of WoW to their salvation. There's no one without redemption.
