A new combat system IDEA!!!!!!!!!

I have an idea!!! (wait, is that a bad thing?) I have been thinking that the same old boaring click-to-attack battle system, they sould have the Kingdom Hearts battle system instead. I don't see how it wouldn't work.

I always like real action battles i.e. Zelda and Kingdom Hearts. I think it's a lot better than this ATB and turn based system. But, it'll take a long time before MMORPGs use real action battle system.

Are you kidding me?! Hahahaha, OK I got over that joke. I never played Kingdom Hearts, to childish, but from what that Vincent guy said its like Zelda. This would NEVER be fair. Their would be programs to make you attack like 10x faster then normal. Why do you think they bothered putting agility and whatnot into the game? This is what makes you faster, not the rapid clicks of a mouse.

Even if this was a good idea, how would you convince square-enix to use it?

IMO, KH's battle system was great but it just won't work in FFXI. Now why is this post in the information board?

Its kinda what is in FFXI already. Its just towned down to a smaller level. Sure the Melee doesnt have it. But Mages have to choose the spell they want over and over again. As well as stuff like Jump. THE MMORPG SYSTEM IS GOOD AS IS , DONT MESS WITH IT!!!!!
