what is the time difference from game time to real time?

Days go by weather as well(Fire,earth,thunder..etc). Wouldn't worry about the day time much, sometimes you barely notice it go by.

ummm... im not 100% sure, but im almost positive that thats wrong. I believe the time in Vana'Diel goes 4x as fast as real life. this would allow for a much greater timeframe within which to create items in a particular guild as most are only open for 8-10 hours in-game.

and you have a good idea how fast time is.
