What I want to know is this: Remember that screenshot of the six people from the Girade no Genei expansion? The one that had the samurai-looking person and the Galka that everyone said looked like a pimp ... are those the AF armors?

It was rumored they were the new job classes, which I have NOT given up hoping for ... [prays to Square for Lancer/Dragoon class ... ooooooo Square! Please! Let us here in Vana'diel carry on the honor of Kain and Cid and Freya ... ]

Ok. so you have to PT or alliance to get AF3 (and up? or just 3?) But can you do 1 and 2 solo? will you have to PT? Aliiance?

i would of thought that you would have to solo for af armour it would of made more sence that way

I would guess that all of them would require a party. Square wants people to party, and after like level 10 or so you should always be in parties.

i know that square want people to pt but it could cause problems trying to pt for af armour when the other people dont get much out of it i suppose thats when clans would come in handy

I heard someone say they were a pain to get cause he had to find a bunch of people to go get them with him. But if you think about it, if all you want to do is raise a level or two, it's not that bad of a quest. The person getting the armor might need to bribe some people also.
