I finally got throught now it says i need a content ID? and i want to download the red of the Vana'deil collection but when i try to load the disk it wont load! what do i do?  |

What operating system as you using? As for the content ID, it was created when you installed the PoL

You can get a content ID at the bottom of the FFXI page, just go to purchase ID from there. It's the page where you click Play and it says you need a content ID. Your free month starts when you purchase it.
