Will we know when the mog tablets are placed out to be found? Or do they just pop and wait for people to find them? I know after they are found messages come up. But I want to know do I have to spend that 8-24 hour period looking for them or will we get an announcement saying they have popped so we can start looking. Please assist.

And of course when these start dropping, naturally you will be getting mad XP in a ToAU or WotG expansion area at the time, lucky to hear anything about it in LS chat. Also, expect four starter areas to have tablets, but NOT YOUR OWN NATION'S STARTER AREAS. Both of those have happened to me so far.

All I know is that I logged in this morning for a short time and was seeing the tablets being claimed ... JP players must have been having a field day, it would have been prime time for them.

I don't know if this it true but I assume this...

If the Kupo-super powers are gone from the previous week's "hunting", then the tablets are out there waiting to be found. I only say this cuz the powers were there when I logged off... when I logged back in hours later I was NOT bombarded everytime I zoned by Kupo messages... AND one was found in Rolanberry Fields not very long after I noticed no Kupo message spam.

... just a guess. Maybe SE have explained it, but I don't recall reading anything very specific about it.

This is what I saw, as our Tablets went out last night.

Kopowers stopped at around 4 PM EST Wednesday. They began to be found, i.e. were finally disbursed around 11 PM EST. From what I've read, once the Tablets have been lost again, it will take between 1-8 hours for them to be disbursed again, with each server being completely random for when and where they are spawned. They all go out at the same time. I began to look once I saw the first "A Mog Tablet has been found in Behemoth's Dominion" message. Took approximately 2-3 hours for all of them to be found.

Once all 11 have been found and the Kupowers begin again, they will be "lost" exactly 1 week + 1-8 hours from that time.

So for Ifrit server, that will be next Thursday morning begining anywhere from 2:30 AM to 10:30 AM (the 11th was found between 1 and 2 AM, so I put it as :30.)

Three of my favorites. This server is going to be sooooo spoiled when we lose those Swift Shoes after having them for a month.

(It was funny after the first week of all 11, when the Explorer Moogle suddenly disappeared. I was outside the Port Windurst MH, and someone was all WTF and in a panic about it vanishing. That was some quality entertainment.)
