is it possible to pay for FFXI over the phone by calling POL? every time i try paying with card it gives error UCS-60257 and says the server is busy or i entered the wrong info and to check if my card is valid / info is right. i know the info is right and i know there's money on the card. a friend said he had the same problem before and it took him 6 days to get it to go through trying once a day. card went through fine before... this month i didn't get the money on in time so it got canceled but its happend a bit before and i was always able to re-enter the info and get account back on asap... any help would be appreciated :/ thanks~

An lsmate just had this issue with paying this month. He waited a couple days and then called them and took care of it over the phone. So yes, by all means do call them. If you live in the US, here is the phone number. Or you can use the online chat by using the url:

Have as much information as you can available when you call, like your personal info, credit card info, POL ID and password (returning and established players), and possibly your registration codes.
