Charged $21 dollars subscription fee?

Can anyone tell me why i would possibly be charged $21 dollars for this past month? I have 2 content ID's so it should of been like $13 dollars right? Unless it went up? Thanks.

Maybe you're as popular with SE as you are with us.

They also billed the Security Token at the start of May rather than when you ordered it.

At least that explains why my bank balance was off by about ten bucks yesterday.

Also if you have reactivated an account recently, they probably did that lame ass double billing thing.

Sometimes SE also like to double up a charge and then not charge you the next month has happened to me several times. Or they may have just messed up. Check with them and see if it was a mistake then they will credit you or put it back on your card, at least thats how its always gone with me.

Most logical answer though, you reactivated and got charged late payments, or you got a security token

Hm, alright. Nah i didn't reactivate or anything. Atleast i don't remember lol. This should of been my first month of being charged, since i started playing in early March.

If you reactivated after the first, which is when they bill you, they will not charge you (check your bank statement) and instead charge you double the next time the first rolls around. That happened to me this month as well.

Though of course that doesn't add up to $21, so who the fuck knows what SE was charging you for.

If you started in March and this is your first charge then you have been charged for the part of March you have been playing and April to.

It's either the ACP scenario, or security token purchase. They did not charge for them until this months subscription came due.

A few times SE have double charged me, but I always get that second charge back or I get a "free" month. That was awhile ago though (like 3 years ago).
