They are out of stock of Security Tokens. Punch in your email address in both fields and they will send an email to it when they are back in stock.

You should have received an email about 24 hours ago if you supplied an email address to them. I posted a new thread here with the contents. I'm hoping for a translation or at least summary for those of us with JP accounts that aren't fluent in the language. Essentially, it looks like we can preorder on the 26th, 27th, and 28th in Japan, and then the tokens go back in stock for general orders. They emailed you an alphanumeric code which you use to do the preorder. Beyond that, I don't know.

The email generally says:

New key in stock, here is a code to redeem yours before it goes to general sale: XXXXXXXX

Private sales (with code) need to be done from June 26th 5PM to June 29th midnight.

To buy the key login to Playonline and follow instructions
