Frequency of Besieged
I'm trying to level up enfeebling magic on my blm, but whenever I check besieged is never going on. What determines the frequency of besieged, and is there a way guesstimate with the next one will be? Is there usually a besieged everyday?

There is a JP website that lists when the last besieged was on every server, what level it was and such. Don't have the link atm as i'm at work. But i'm sure someone else has it.
