error code 12320?

I got my new copy of FF11 for the Xbox 360. I'm able to log into PlayOnline but right after I click "Ok" for the FFXI warning about not forgetting you're friends or family, it pops up with a "Version Update Communication Error". It says:

Error codeL POL - 12320
An unexpected problem occured.
Persistent problems can be reported
from Service & Support.

When I press "Exit" from that pop-up, it says:

Version Update failed.
Return to previous screen.

Does anyone no what this means and how it can be fixed im now using virgin media if that helps when i played before i was on BT

I just got the 120g hard drive and the game is running fine so if anyone else has this prob u may need some space in your hard drive
