Help, Registration Key is to short.

Hello

I bought my copy of WotG only after installation that my registration key is too short.
It has 4 characters missing at the end and cannot use it, just to make sure it has only 16 Characters as to the usuall 20, I am asking for help in what to do about this.

Im trying but they wont answer my calls, any other ways i could get a key that works?

The other option, I would think, is return or exchange the software ... does it look like a printing error?

IIRC, the expansion packs have shorter reg codes than the game itself. You're sure you're not putting code A in box B?

Nuriko, it is an printing error, and ive asked for a new code and 5 days l8a still no reply and Feba i just tryed that and i need 20 characters.

If customer service isn't any help, you're next best bet is to go back to where you bought it and exchange it.
