Changing passwords.

Hey ya'll, I've got a bit of a problem. I'm trying to log into POL, and as far as I know, my ID and password are correct. POL is giving me grief though about my password/ID being incorrect. I can log into the PlayOnline website though, with that very password. (At least, I think it's the same. They've got the same number of letters.)

How would I go about changing it without logging in? I have a feeling I'm going to have to call a rep tomorrow. The website said something about being able to do it from there, but I can't see where it's trying to point me to.

No way to do it. You can only get it done by a rep if you cannot log in.
