I just got it in the mail and I am having trouble installing the game. I loaded the playonline viewer but when I go to load the game it gives me an error and cancels the installation. For some reason on the Install Wizard screen it displays ??????? only for any Japanese text so I can't even see what the error is. I am going to try to load the US version of the game and see if I can get it to work that way.

You need to set your computer up so that it thinks that you're running a Japanese version of Windows. Go into Regional Settings in the Control Panel and set your input and region as Japanese.

And you gotta speak japanese. I know it's obvious but just sayin'. I mean really good Japanese too, I haven't played this game in Japanese but it's got some pretty serious ENGLISH in the english version

How do you update Playonline? I can get on, go to login, but the client is obviously out of date and goes to do a PlayOnline version update, then pulls an error message up, as if it cannot connect.
