Hi all, my name is Sceiren im a newbie of this mmoprg. Id like to know any informations about pay method of ff11 or, better, of playonline.

In my profile i cannot find section for unsubscribe me from game or modify credit card if i need.

In WoW i can do it online, but here i dont know where find this menu.

Can u help me? ^^

I usually end up searching POL's FAQ every other time have to make changes. I think it's under service and support inside the POL viewer but it's been awhile...

Log into the game.

On the screen where you click PLAY to play FFXI, there will be other options to click. They will be
Information
Developer's Room
Compendium
Game Guide
Rules & Policies
Q&A
Optional Service
Content ID

Click the option on that page called CONTENT ID.

Now you'll see a screen with options on the left and right. You are only concerned with the options on the left that say:
About Content ID
Obtain ID
Cancel ID
Review ID
Reactivate ID

Click on the option CANCEL ID.

You must cancel ALL your Content ID's. So if you have 3 characters, you must cancel all 3 of them if you are entirely leaving the game. The next page will tell you this, click NEXT.

On this page is a list of your Content ID's and you can click the little box before the name of each of the ID's that you wish to cancel. So click the box in front of the name of the ID's you wish to cancel and then click NEXT.

It will take you to a page with a list of the ID's that you checked to make sure that they are correct. If they are correct, then click NEXT. If they are NOT correct, then click BACK. Once you click NEXT, those Content ID's are now cancelled and you will receive a confirming POL email about it. (You need to log into POL in order to access these emails.)
