The Vana'cam always streams off of the test server (Atomos), and it can be anywhere in the game. Sometimes showing things that aren't even in the game yet officially (the /sit emote comes to mind).

BTW, learning a lot from watching them - placement, strategy etc etc.... It's a good learning tool
