1. When I talk to the campaign NPC and tell him to Teleport me out.
2. When I need to /logout to go do some stuff IRL.  Lyonheart
lvl 75 WAR, 75 BST, 75 BLM, 68 NIN, 37 THF, 37 SAM, 37 WHM, 30 MNK, 26 PLD, 21 BLU, 18 COR, 15 RNG, 14 DNC, 10 BRD, 7 RDM, 6 DRK
Cooking 100.0+3+3, Culinarian's Signboard, Raw Fish Handling, Noodle Kneading, Patissier

If you find a good area that has a lot of people staying at the same area, you might want to consider to do this as well?
