I'll start off.
Today Bahamut v2.... I forgot that damn cs after the fight for v1 -_-
/cry. Worse to my ls 1) I was thf for it and 2) they seriously wanted feint

I assumed that the leader knew about the lack of cure 2 so didnt bother to ask the setup or if I was main heal. (things i always do on my rdm).
I arrive at the party and find I will be healing with cure 1. The setup was all DD with a ninja tank, (who of course didnt have shadows i only assume he was leveling his war sub) Not listening to my own warnings I agree to test the waters. We agree to start off taking it easy on gobs and snips, sure enough after 5 cures to the ninja and various other to random party member due to lack of hate control.
We are eating dirt, and not the good tasting dirt either shitty old gritty valkurm dunes dirt. I instantly get bombarded with you fing noob dont cast so much I cant keep hate with you curing every 5's. I simply said in auto translate I'm sorry I dont speak any english. HP'd and dropped.
Lessons learned
1. Never assume people know anything
2. Regardless of job always ask the setup
3. Hate all ninja tanks that dont have shadows that cant hold hate.
4. Never doubt my warnings again Melee RDM since /04

Because I had at least one slot open, I was able to lot on all of the drops from my orb. After I lotted, my friends passed on everything. That's when I noticed the multiple messages about the items I lost. I think I lost about 120k gil worth of stuff because of that mistake. Lyonheart

I used to play THF and I'd like to finish a few merits on it later but I have to be the worst puller in the history of FFXI. I can make anything link, agro and/or kill me before I get the mob back to my party.
The way I got 75 was that I made a very good spkie DD and my friends undersood this.

Pl never showed up and I stayed for about an 1hr after 3 deaths believing this party was gonna work.

If you take a look at this map of said jungle, you'll see little dotted lines showing what areas connect. And if you only go by those lines, it looks like the only way to get to that area is by going through Ifrit's Cauldron.
So that's what I did. Including the little fire wall thing where you have to trade a crystal to get past, next to a bomb mob. I died like four times at that wall before I finally made it through once.
And after making it through, discovered the tunnel from I-7 to J-7 that's missing from the dotted lines.  Ellipses on Fenrir There is no rush. If you're not willing to take your time, don't be surprised when no one wants to give you much of theirs.

I've done about a dozen promy runs with my LS as WHM, and the the ONE freaking time I decline to use a charge is the ONE time that our party gets aggro on the way to the NM. Our leader aggro'd some mob and told us to run for the zone. In our mad dash across the zone, we picked up a few more aggroing mobs, and one thought I looked tasty. The leader and I died, inches from the zone, and we both had to HP, and our party had to return to the 1st floor and help us make the climb all over again. At least we won, eventually.
2) Bidding 8k for a stack of Moko Grass when I meant to bid on Mohbwa Grass. They are right next to each other on the AH, and the icon is the same too.
