In a few minutes, I will upload parts 1-10 as one file known as Return of the Shadow Lord.

Then hook them all up on the torrent with the file, and you should have multiple seeds right off the bat. all you do is follow these patterns

Hey Eohmer I just asked a few of the Guys on Killing Ifrit to help seed the torrent file also.
The more people that do the faster people can get their hands on it.

Really wanna seed em, but at this rate it may take a while.
Return of the Shadowlord - 0 seeds, 2 peers
Rise of the Zilart - 0 seeds, 1 peer
Have anyone nearby that you could sneakernet the files too so there are a few more seeds? | | ::Quote Selected:: | | 03-02-2008, 09:15 PM | #25 (permalink) | | Psylocke's Pal Super Moderator Join Date: Dec 2002 Location: Windurst Posts: 3,342 Style: Light - Version 6 Thanks: 7 Thanked 23x in 14 Posts Gil: 39,564 Bank: 0 Total Gil: 39,564 Donate | Re: Final fantasy XI Legends of Vanadiel Storyline Scenes Originally Posted by dekarguy | I'm stuck at 3.2 and 3.3 percent on em for the past 3 days. That's what im hoping for with the guys From KI. Theres a ton of FFXI fans out there, so I'm hoping to get this as wide spread as possible.
I'm going to set this on FFXIwiki also to see if they could help out. | | ::Quote Selected:: | | 03-03-2008, 03:36 PM | #26 (permalink) | | Junior Member Join Date: Oct 2007 Posts: 11 Style: Light - Version 6 Thanks: 2 Thanked 0x in 0 Posts Gil: 411 Bank: 0 Total Gil: 411 Donate | Re: Final fantasy XI Legends of Vanadiel Storyline Scenes Anyone have part 8 of the first movie, just noticed it wasn't on MU

I like the concept of this, but it's still something you have to watch on computer: putting the disc in your DVD player to watch on TV makes the text too small to read while sitting back on the couch.
So, what does one do?
I'll tell you what: we organize a voice cast together from all the fans of FF Online to dub this bugger.
Too much work? Not really. Just takes folks dedicated to reading some text that can "act." Plug those sound files over the existing video... and voila! Instant epic that EVERYONE would then want to download.
I would suggest starting small. Cast for the first 30 min. of video, put what you're doing up on youtube, etc., to get the word out. You'd be surprised at what sort of response you get once people see what you're doing.
And, in the interests of full disclosure, I have done something like this before, but with comic books: YouTube - Transformers The War Within animated Episode 1 part 1
It can be done. | | ::Quote Selected:: | | 03-07-2008, 06:48 AM | #28 (permalink) | | NINOMIYA-KUN!! Doing this with random volunteers would probably... not turn out so well.

Right now, I'm doing voice casting for episode 2 of my comic book project, and have gotten 12 different people auditioning for the "small" parts (i.e., one line). My previous issue, which introduced the main characters I had close to 40 people auditioning. There are a lot of voice acting groups out there that "love" to do this sort of thing pro bono (for free) as it helps build up their resume. If you can get someone willing to be in charge of all this, once the first few eps are out, trust me, the folks will come flooding in wanting to participate. All it takes is for someone with the initiative to start. And before you turn it around and say that if I think it's such a good idea, I should do it--my plate is pretty full animating my own show and casting parts for it. But I'd be more than willing to offer any suggestions or help to whoever does attempt to start things up. | | ::Quote Selected:: | | 03-09-2008, 12:24 PM | #30 (permalink) | | Psylocke's Pal Super Moderator Join Date: Dec 2002 Location: Windurst Posts: 3,342 Style: Light - Version 6 Thanks: 7 Thanked 23x in 14 Posts Gil: 39,564 Bank: 0 Total Gil: 39,564 Donate | Re: Final fantasy XI Legends of Vanadiel Storyline Scenes Originally Posted by Endril | Just saw the thread on this on GM Dave's blog, and downloaded the first big 4.25 GB disc.
