Calculation of Monster Attributes

I have been looking for a database or site that has calculations or values for various monster statistics such as INT for the purposes of determining gear swap attribute targets for various purposes. I believe I've heard mention of such a thing, but I can't remember where it was. I know there are some other statistics of certain mob groups on BG, but that's not what I'm looking for at the moment.

EDIT: Also, I'd like to point out that the average ranking for any given stat is D. Most mobs don't have anything higher than C, with very few B's, and I don't think I've ever seen an A, at least when it comes to VIT and AGI.

Hmm... The original one must've been broken. I posted a new one and checked it. If that one doesn't work, google translation service must be time sensitive.

The translation btw, is good enough for this--it's just the table of observed attribute ranks for given mob classes.
