It should have been over by the time of the OP, and almost certainly is by now. Ellipses on Fenrir There is no rush. I kind of feel bad for anyone that isn't waiting until Tuesday to register since they're going to get charged for a full month if they register now.

People who joins now will get charged on February for that month plus a few days from Jan.
