There is absolutely no reason you shouldn't be able to get that amount of AN for a pilgrim's tunic very quickly. For a campaign ops mission (like telling an npc the ingredients for a couple synths, very doable for a solo player of any level), I have never received less than 480 AN. Shouldn't really take more than a week of that to get your tunic.

Most of the Campaign ops are easily soloed and involve nothing but bringing item A to person B or going to spot X and checking Y.

Tunics are 1k AN iirc, so two days tops if you get in a starter zone campaign fight as well.
