| Nipodavavuhyeh  |   Why can't I click on the third option to get to the Whitegate?
I reach Faursel , he talks to me but I can't click on the third option After the "Goods" option and "Nothing " option there is the blank space on the bottom which i'm not able to get to... any reason why? The last expansion pack is installed.

You don't need ToAU installed or registered to get Tenshodo membership. Are you certain you don't already have this? What happens if you try to go through the door at the end of Neptune's Spire? Also, are you carrying an application form key item? If so, you need to take that to Port Bastok and talk to the NPCs in the warehouse (I forget which one off-hand).

OP isn't talking about Tenshodo membership. Faursel is the NPC you talk to for ToAU access, and then there's the thread title.

Ah, right. Yeah, there's a reason for not being able to do that, I think I encountered it too, but it's been so long I can't remember what caused it exactly. Have you checked the wiki for info?
