For cities that have more than one AH, are they all considered as one in that city? For example: If I put something on auction in Bastok Mines AH, would it be available in Bastok Markets AH?

Bastok is tied with Norg, Sandy with Rabao, Windy with Kazham, and Jeuno with Tavnazian safehold and Whitegate.
