anyone having content ID problems

anyone having content ID problems
Hey guys - every time i try to get a new content ID it comes up with an error saying:


UCS-1104
You cannot purchase a Content ID. Please try again after checking the following:

*Make sure the payment infortmation is valid.

Servers are down right now. Also check that your details are correct.

its ok, i just refreshed my credit card info, and i got the content ID, thanks for the help!

I'm having the same difficulty as what he went through, but I tried to update payment info and everytime that too came up with an error... It is becoming extremely annoying and fustrating. Help...
