Alchemy. Ninja tools, bullets, bolts (some need a few levels in smithing and woodwork) Not sure if cloth crafting does very well in the early stages. Cooking does pretty well too since I notice all the skill ups inthe early stages can be recovered easily. |

Personally, regardless of your craft, consumables are usually huge cash. That means either stuff like food, medicine, arrows/bolts/bullets/ninja tools, or stuff that can be crafted further (beeswax, arrow/boltheads, etc.) Also, cursed items, as purifying those makes them rare/ex. Really, if you plan on crafting durables, you'll end up making money in things with expensive ingredients (see: SH, Vermy, etc.) or on HQs (see: various GS Rings + Earrings, Amemet Mantle, etc.) In my experience (even as a cook,) making profit while skilling up is a rarity. You have to compete with higher level and maxed-out crafters who, unfortunately, will outperform (and since they do this, they will also undercut and thus outsell) you every time. |
