First Warning and first stint in Gael probably means they're still willing to look at the player, give them a fair shake and hope they change. They're gonna try to be positive, so the glass is half-full.

When you keep getting in trouble and get more Gael time, they go pessimistic on you and they now see the glass as half-empty.

That or they beat the taru on the upper half of the chart and made him cry into the glass.
