Woke up this morning and i have no more contend id's O.o!

I woke up this morning to do mission 6-4 with my CoP static then it came to huge shock to me that i have no more contend id's, its the begining of a new month but havent gotten any payment errors yet, resistration servers are down, but im wondering if i possibly lost my character? If i did i dont think i could start over again, i put alot off effort in to pearlsea. Thank you for reading my problem.

Sounds like maybe youve been hacked. Only way to tell I guess is to phone the playonline services or wait until its back online to see if you can re-activate them.

I just saw someone who had this problem at another site. They said they just logged out and back in again and had no problems.

I loged out then back in and got a message to reactivate my account, phew ^^ glad its just minor payment problems.

I had the same problem this morning aswell all my ID's where gone and my billing information was changed back to my old credit card, once i changed it back and activated my characters everything was fine.

Had this exact same prob a week or so ago. i did the same thing, an was able to get back on. Odd since i was on in the evening with noo prb, came back on later that night an it said that.

I had a problem similar to this except I got the suspended acc msg for not paying, (which i put cash on my card yesterday <.<) I go put in my card info and log off, log back on and try to reactivate my content ids, and it says POL Error 1500! This is a new one to me... It says try again, I do it again, and the same message pops up. I log out log back on, and tried again, but same thing happened. What is up with this madness lol.

Sometimes it takes a day or two for an account to realize it has money. Like how it takes a day for the bank to recognize the huge deposit you made the day before.

Pearlsea, glad you are able to get your account back. If you are still trying to do some ISNM 60's, then holler at me next time. I need a good choco egg.

I was actually on last night <.<... but when I woke up this morning I had been d/c ed and the suspended acc msg came up because I guess I didn't have money on my card, which I had put in yesterday last minute. I agree with what you said though about how it takes a day or two for the acc to acknowledge that I did actually have money in my acc. Thank you.
