The only time(s) I've ever seen people banned without a 3-day are when they are obliverated in SE's Gilseller Bank sweeps, see, SE can't straightaway ban Gilfarmers, because they COULD be ligit players(unless of course, they're using cheats). However, it is obvious when it is a Gilseller. Also, it is easy to understand why GMs "ignore" Gilseller calls, but take Player calls.

As for the situation. i always say The character "Melame" is doing some strange things. usually the GM will ask what i notice. i usually describe it. an that sometimes works as well. sometimes when you mention a reported player, GM's will reconize a name. an nothing will happen. thus why i cant get rid of the SKY gil farmers.
