Well i do the compusive item sort as has been mentioned before and my sister does the compulsive map checking like every 15 seconds to make sure she's still heading in the right direction(also has been said) which she always is.

I map check if I am traveling... every 10 seconds.

When bidding at the AH, I always go 10% above regular price, I don't have patience to bid and bid trying to save a few thousand gil.

Those windmills always get me. I think it sounds like a gob aggroing from a distance though. I always jump, and whip the camera all around before I realize it was just the windmill.

I got jumped by a Quadav today while I was hanging around the windmills. The aggro noise was probably audible, but I certainly didn't process it until mid-eviscerate.

Map checking, yeah, I do that too.

Anyway, remember I mentioned my trying to buy big ticket items on AH earlier?

Much to my annoyance, as I was doing that ritual, I noticed that a SH +1 had been sold 4 times today, for less than 100gil.

I checked the time of transaction.

I howled in pain.

I'd been in Al Zhabi at that time. Just not at the AH.

Ah well. Not nice to cheat people out of their SH+1s...

But 12 million gil is nice

Another weird habit I have is that every time I go to the AH no matter what I'm going there for I always check to see what kind of funitchure is up for sale. One day that saltwater fish tank will be up for sale and it will be mine!!!

Holy crap. Soo many replies so fast ...

I compulsively check the map of whatever zone I'm running through, once a minute at least whether I have the map or not.

I feel compelled to hit Ctrl+8 (my Dispel macro) in response to certain sound effects, whether I'm on my rdm or not. This is especially annoying now when partying with blue mages. I've dispelled so many unbuffed crawlers in response to the blu's Cocoon.

I try to MB on Distortion any time I see Banish II. Luckily this one doesn't happen very often.

I can't tell you how many times I jumped and Erased our BRD during Steamed Sprouts because the BLU cast wild oats on one of the little jerks.

I make a counter clockwise circle everytime I am about to check the ah. I will be running directly towards counter, then make a small little circle right before it. I did not know I did it until a ls mate saw me do it a few times and started making fun of me.
