well it seems the article is a Besiege primer giving an overview to beginners. I was wondering if there was any tactical information on the map.

WHOA guy on a horse!

I would give my eyeteeth to know what that text says myself, if only to know who the guy is, what he's doing, where he got the horse, and if I can have one.
