first thx for this topic it really helped me cuz i wannt get FFXI soon
but i have 2 questions:
1. will i be charged if i make extra charecters during the 30 day free trial ??
2. now if i delete my main charecter and make another one,is the other one gonna be my main char or i will still be charged for it.

Yes, because you get charged by "character slots"(content IDs, but I'll just refer to them this way to make it simplier) and you get one free "character slot", to get a second character would be purchasing another "character slot".

Like I said, you buy/cancel character slots. Making/deleting characters doesn't matter. So if you have one character slot, you will always be charged for one character slot. There is no 'main account/character', simply you get charged a larger amount for having at least one and a smaller amount for each additional one.
