Normaly no but if you set your HP in whitegate you can warp to whitegate then get the taru to warp you to somewhere around jeuno.

I'd suggest HPing in whitegate and using the taru - he's right by the mog house in aht urhgan, below the clothcraft guild. It's so much easier to get out of whitegate to somewhere else in the world (especially if you've got teleport-vahzl and the xarcabard outpost).

For traveling TO whitegate...the fastest way is doing a fairly simple quest to get a level 60 rare/ex ring. There's an old elvaan man that talks about ramuh's staff - he starts the quest. You then grab some pickaxes (definately take more than one) and go out to where you finish the BLU quest. Mine from the points around there until you get a key item. (It took me 4 swings.)

Go back to whitegate, talk to old man, get a rare/ex item. Go out to Wajaom Woodlands. Out in G-8, I think, is a Ley Point. The trip out there is fairly easy. Just a few malboro/tigers to avoid. Toucans don't aggro. You trade the rare/ex item you got from the old man to the ley point, and one amusing cutscene later you've got yourself a level 60 ring that teleports you to the woods every 20 hours, infinite charges.

Warp has already made my life so much easier. Now my LS wants me to get up there to earn Warp II.
