Use a 7200RPM HDD if you want to speed things up. That's about the only thing I can recommend.

We're talking about the PS2 version here. You can't really swap the drive for a faster one - it just wouldn't work. Although, on the PC, a 7200 RPM hard drive would definetly speed things up to install PlayOnline and Final Fantasy XI. Angler |

It's long, but once I get FFXI I won't even care. I'll just be happy it is out and I am going to be playing it like crazy VERY SOON.
