After getting invited into 2 very frustrating pt's...one in Garliage that started off with the PLD falling down the very 1st hole ; and later, one that went from Wajoam to Kuftal cuz, for whatever reason, they didn't have true DD's or Tanks. We wiped 3 times before I finally left and got into a really good party last night and finally managed to get my Dnc 68.

To get back on Karma's good side (after dieing repeatedly) I left this really screamin' party after my buffer to /Thf to help my lil newbie LS buddy get his last key to Kazham from Fort Ghelsba. It was kinda his first time up there, even though he was from Sandy, so I showed him the sites. We killed da Chiefy to get him a cooler sounding title. We found the Panzer just waiting for us and were lucky enough to get the Chariotbuster dude to spawn and got the lil Rdm an Auriga Xiphos... 4 "Key-dropping" mobs later we dropt the Ghelsba Chest Key... it was so easy.

It felt really good to get so much cool stuff done for someone else having had such a frustrating time gaining any further footing for myself.

Heh, Thanks for that. She is actually gone away from Christmas with our grandmother from Tennessee, so yay (the two of them really do belong together <.<)! The only thing I'm missing out on the deal is, hey, look, it snows in Tennessee. >.> Ah, well, no snow is worth no sister, but that doesn't mean I loathe Florida any less.

Still, grandma, I feel totally sorry for you. Those entire last three paragraphs were made of nothing but pure suck.

. . . Ahem. I used to want that for my Paladin, and I camped that sucker for so many freaking hours on my 30 RDM, only to see it gotten by somebody else the one moment I turn my back. Twice. If anybody here has been keeping up with Eight-Bit Theater, that crap was making me Super Sane.

So, a rant with Armando later, and I decide to just buy a Flame Sword. I'm quite a short ways from 17, too, so that's practically one more level until I can use it.

Anyways, I don't really have any accomplishments for today yet. I'll get back to you on that.

I'm not sure if I have ten . . . Got RDM to 30, unlocked Paladin, leveling Paladin, Shield Bash (<3) . . . I'm not sure what else to say.

New accomplishment for today: Failed on my Maze. But heck if it wasn't fun. The loss was really close, too: the final wing of mobs happened to be Ice Eles, of all things, and we got the one-minute warning on the last Elemental. All in all, it was pretty darn close for a level-synced party of four: PLD (me), RDM, WHM, SCH.

It took 3 attempts that spanned all yesterday (told ya my xmas was FFxi) but I've finally beaten Promyvion: Holla Our group was PLD, SAM, WHM, SMN, MNK, & me DNC. Now I just need the Dem and Mea, and word on the street is that they're easier.

Well......that depends on your group! LOL I've tried 17 times with pick up parties to get one of my characters through the promies and I'm still one promie short. But great job on Holla and good luck with the rest!
