Everyone is freaking out selling all their stuff and the prices of everything is plumeting!! o_O

Emp Hairpin dropped 2m
Vermi and Noble dropped 5m
SH dropped 5m

Gogogo SE taking care of RMT!

other stuff is plummeting also :O foragers mantle has dropped like 3mil, snipers 1-2, hauberk/haubergeon 2mil

I only have to wonder when will other more common goods drop...this will make farming a little harder eventually i would think as people wont want to pay more for those..and this also makes NPC items a little more expensive...but its a good thing on l33t items.

I have been turned :D I think this is great. Taken one major loss in the long run but I cant be arsed selling all my gear for a few xtra mil

Cant wait till things are back to normal or even better like when the NA game was first released mwhaha

Yeah, I was skeptical @ first as anyone in the RMT Countermeasures thread saw, but I'm officially turned. UNsure exactly why, but since the countermeasures, everything's dropped in price drastically. Mad props to SE.

I think it has something to do with the fact that it costs more to buy gil now so less people are doing it. Thus they don't have the insane amounts to purchase things with.

Well, also because according to SE, over 300 billion gil has been removed from all world economies.

That's the biggest single removal of gil the game has ever seen. I'm sure it's going to have a strong effect, but I don't expect it to last too long.

Great news. But as PaiPai said I'm sure it's only a matter of time before the gil sellers start running rampant again. I don't think prices will ever truly go back down to where they started at, but at least they won't be insane for a while.

:D Well, It's a shame that I'm done leveling NIN, otherwise I would be excited about the gil doppage. I suppose farming 300k Hyoton: Ni scrolls won't be a valuable source of income in the next few days. . . .

Not just gilsellers. Hardcore players are probably way too used to the high prices by now. Even I admit I miss a lot of the prices of things I made money on just over a week ago. I'm sure it's only a matter of time before most everybody who has some sort of influence over the economy begins to push prices up once more, whether they really mean to or not.

I have noticed fire crystals on garuda dropping by 3k which is good as I'm lvling smithing, it is all good news as some items are now going to be less difficult to buy. yes prices on smaller items willd rop alot, and farming will be more difficult but for the starting players etc, it will be good news as they can afford to have better items early on. I was goign to miss ninja because fo teh expense, but now if it drops enough, i will tryout that job.

You know tbh unless you want HQ gear as a newb from start, i actually think the inflation helps newbs for basic things as most are NPC bought. ;o
