Hello all, I'm here to post a request for a buddy pass code. I believe its the only way to get to play the free trial of the game. So, please if you have one you are not using I would really appreciate if you could email it to me. I'm on Aol name is steelarm, forum wont let me link email so dunno if you can get it another way. Hello, here is a little backstory.
So I am Ashburn from hades a long time ago. My friend Rivalian and I from Hades lived down the street from eachother and loved FFXI. He got really busy with work and college and I Was left alone so he ended up getting rid of his account and I followed suite. This all took place a bit after chains of promethius was released. Everyone from my CS team played WoW so I ended up joining that band wagon. 4 lvl 70's with full merciless gear later I FREAKIN HATE THAT GAME. It was like falling in love with a beautiful girl and you let her get away! All I think about is ffxi

I hated the community in wow, it was too easy, pvp was easy (I had over 2000k ratins in the arenas [if you don't know thats high][). No one cared about the story and since the game was extremely soloable and spoiled the player everyone I MEAN EVERYONE WAS AN ASS! (can I say ass on this forum? if I can't I am sorry).
ANYWAYS, Alot of these wow players came from EQ or something and my guild which I run and control is extremely tight and we now play other games together. Sorry for this long story buuuuut I went and bought FFXI the Vanidel' Collection yesterday and am All set up and ready to go, my friend Rivalian did the same but his computer is died, long story short we will both be making characters today. Basically I am converted a ton of WoW players from my guild to FFXI
YEAH YOU HEARD ME EVERYONE I AM STEALING FROM BLIZZ AND COMING BACK HOME TO SQUARE! WOOO HOOO *gives a victory shout*
I gave my buddy pass to our hunter biggles whos obsessed with all the offline ff games and lol didn't even know about the mmo (he did he just thought it was like 2 players lolol) and Rivalian is giving his buddy pass to our friend nato's girlfriend whom, so you know, just got a moogle for her birthday. Nato wants to try and a couple others in our guild do too. I encourage biggles to buy the game so he can give a pass to someone else but he wants to try first soo..
If anyone could spare atleast one buddy pass I would like it extreeeemely alot, if more thats great too cause I want people to play ffxi and leave crappy WoW (I am still gonna pvp on wow but thats like lol 2 hours a week if that much).
ALSO, Hades is over run with gold farmers and botters now, we aren't sure which server has a good balance of NA and JP players (perferably alot of JP) and so if any of you have suggestions on a server that is decently populated, balanced, and not TOOO Far into the end game content let me know so we can all go. I know requests only but...I posted 5 days ago and have been checking back here a few times i day...just wondering if anyone has actually received a buddy pass from here...i am a lil upset since the one i was given by a friend does not work and i want to make sure my pc can handle it ok, sorry not trying to bump, just dont want to waste my time if its pointless.
