Loging in HELP PLEASE - Final Fantasy XI :: Dreams in Vana'diel :: Community

I loged in like that one post was showing and got to where it gave a list of e-mails or somthing and hit one then it went threw a long thing and i ended up on a screen i couldnt go back from and didnt have a pass or id for it. so i restarted the game and now i cannot use my cd key to get back on there and dont know how to go and put in my cc info so i can get on there

can anyone help me ? or know how to read japanees that can help me please ?

Anyone know how to get back into that set up after we put in the cd key ? and so i can get that info in there so i can login and get my char made ?

Sorry, it seems hard for us to understand where exactly you're stuck.
Could you please capture a Screen Shot of your PlayOnline Viewer and post a jpg or gif image here?

right after i put in the cd key agine cause i messed up befor and had to ctrl alt del out of the program and when i tryed getting back in it gives me this after i typ in my cd key munber and wount let me get to where i need to go to put in the cc info and login

Please make sure you are using the CD key for 'PlayOnline' (?u�v��C�I��C��?v), not the CD key for 'Final Fantasy XI' (?u�t�@�C�i��t�@��^�W?[?v) in this case.

Later you'll have to fill in the CD key for Final Fantasy XI.

I hope it will solve your problem...

i did use the cd key for playonline and then half way threw i screwed up (it worked then) and the program crashed and when i go t back on playonline and went to register agine useing the same cd key it wouldnt acept it

no matter what i do its not taking the cd key agine that i used befor and letting me finish my registration :\ and i am stuck on this page and can only make a user but cannot login

i tryed reinstalling every thing delting all and starting over and when i get to that spo it still dosnt work , so do you think that it might be on the server side that its screwed up ?

If you dont have your username and password you are buggered only thing you can do is ring square-enix but i hope your japanese is good.
