Talk about cutting it close

I was playing FFXI last night when we got the message about the emergency maintenance. Well me and another party member were close to leveling up so we said screw it, lets go for it. Our last battle went over the time of 11:20 (est) that was supposedly the time it would shut down. Fortunatly, we were able to defeat it and I leveled up about one minute before it went down. The other member unfortunatly did not. I'm just glad I didn't get booted while in battle.

It dosn't relaly matter, you don't get any chr. problems, I leave my mule on all the time when I'm not playing to sell stuff, and most of the time there does come matinance, they DC everyone before the shut off the servers.

You get R0 before anything happens ^_^
