BTW, some of the items "could" be indeed crafted. They don't always have to have a +1 next to it to mean it's crafted. Overall though, I think these majority of the items might be dropped.

Some minor additional details:

[armor]
- Hickory Shield, Picaroon Shield can now be signed (*)
- Mannequin Pumps can no longer be sold to an NPC
- Valor Breeches have +5 STR instead of +4 STR

[weapons]
- the icons for Neckchopper, Reserve Captain's greatsword, Chicken Knife, Relic Blade, Gilded Blade, Dynamis Blade, and Valhalla were changed
- Minstrel's Dagger can no longer be sold to an NPC
- Odorous Knife and Odorous Knife +1 can now be signed (*)

This may be correct.

NOTE to anyone who wants to acquire these weapons. You MUST have access to Al'teieu to activate them. Furthermore, you must have completed the quest "In the Name of Science" at least once. I received Virtue Stonex99 by trading 1x Phuabo Organ to Meret in Tavnazian Safehold yesterday. Phuabo Organ is only obtainable in Al'Taieu from Ul'phuabo and Om'phuabo. My friends who have not completed In the Name of Science were not able to activate this quest.

I have not tried trading any other organs as yet (need my other ones to acquire other items still), but that's what I have for now.
