Archbell (or something) had a similiar plugin once, not sure if it was him but I had one before. It looked so frickin chucky though so I rewrote a bit of it in Manadarin, then the Windower version got changed...wait for the plugins on that site.

3.2 will have the fix for the emergency update, and it will allow people to make plugins to do everything that that pic has. Just another day or two, just another day or two...

I'll take something like that, if only just for blood pact's or spell recast timers. Also on the duration of Haste & Regen III also a Shadow counter & damage absorbed by Stoneskin. So I know when to recast just by looking and not in the chat log. Also a <tnl> would be nice. Damn why doesn't SE listen to us and do these things instead of having us hackup the system like that. Make the game more "enjoyable" instead of such a heartache.
