Ru'Aun Gardens+ Al'taieu Music File location needed

Been having a little trouble with my computer, for some reason i keep getting this god awful slow down. Eventually i found out it was my sound that was causing the problem. I upgraded my sound card to Audigy 2 but still same problem
/sigh

so while in school i was daydreaming and thought maybe if i replace my Ru'Aun gardens music with another music file it would fix it, however i dont know the music locations in the folder.

Anybody know where i can find Ru'Aun Garden and Al'Taieu files? need exact folder/sub-folder refrence so i can swap them

Ru'Aun is music210, Rom2
I would assume Al'tieau is rom 3...but I am away from home so I can't look atm

I Just reformatted and hadnt re-installed COP yet so i couldnt use al'Taieu music so i just put Yve'noile's Theme as my tulia music and the slow down problem is fixed ^^

Question to file swappers, are you supposed to replace original files before an FFXI update? or can i just leave it alone and it wont cause a prob? Just wondering if Music which when downloaded is hardly edited/updated by FFXI.
