If that is still it then it means SE and authorities still haven't located the person doing it yet. Locating the culprit especially with DDoS Attacks is very hard, if it was a DoS Attack that'd be easy to locate then.
Otherwise if this is still a DDoS Attack you shouldn't completly blame SE then. A good chunk of the blame goes to the players incapable of properly securing their system so they are not helping someone commit a DDoS Attack. | | | ::Quote Selected:: | |
