Can you cancel your account online?

Because I don't even have my game anymore and S-E is still charging my credit card even though I canceled like two months ago.

You can cancel Content IDs through the game itself. I'm not sure if you can do it any other way. I'd like to think you could call tech support and have them cancel it.

When you "quit the game" did you cancel your content ID at the FFXI log in screen?

Yep, deleted my character and canceled my content ID. The phone number they have on the site also doesn't work.

Hmmm... dunno what to tell you then. Check the manual if you still have it. See if there's a number there.

You could also call your bank/card provider and tell them to block the transaction as well. That's a sure fire way to make sure it's all canceled. :p

Call your credit card company. They will definately stop them from billing you.
