I need to get to Garuda

Hey everyone im new to the forums and the game, basically, i have a huge favor, i need to get to garuda and im just starting. None of my friends can get a world pass. or maybe they just dont want to. i really want to play on this world, i keep recreating my character and it isnt working. ive tried maybe 25 times and that took a really long time. if anyone out there is willing to help me get there it would be much appreciated and i would make it up to you in game once i get settled in ty
