I played ffxi when it came out and stopped for a couple months.

I'm reinstalling it now and when I go into playonline it doesn't work.

I remember reading some where that after 3 months they delete your account.

Is this true?

Yes, if you delete your character for 3 months and don't revive it within that time, it's poof'd. Same thing if you don't pay for 3 months. Creating another account with the same name, do you mean for POL or FFXI? For FFXI, I know you can if no one else is using the name currently, but if so then you must choose a different one. No idea on POL, I think it's a bit different.

Well actually something happened cuz i hadnt payed in a few months and I was forced to reactivate it, and I've played as my regular character since then and paid for the previous months, should I be worried about anything?

reactivate my account that is**, when i logged in it said it had been deactivated, so I decided to just reactivate it and it seemed to be ok
