Selbina Clay, the two expensive tablets

Ok, I have done about half of the selbina clay quest already, and now im ready to tackle the Saurogmugue Champaign and the Batallia downs clay tablets.

My question is, how? I know the one in Batallia downs is on the island at J-10 but how do i get out there? And the one in Saurogmugue Champaign, its at I-9 but i can't find it. I think it is actually on the mountains in the middle of the map but i can't figure out how to get up there.

So, I need help, and hopefully someone can help me with my problem.

For the Champaign, you have to go through Garliage Citidel. For Battalia, i think you have to go through the necropolis

I've heard you can skip two areas on the selbina clay quest (though I'm not 100% sure they were correct)...so you could skip those two if you're just in it for the map if what my LS said was correct.

Just gonna verify this. My roomate did all but one, then when he brought the tablet back he had to tell the guy he didn't want to do anymore, THEN he got the map. After you do this, you can still reactivate the quest and finish it up.

Your LS is correct. You can get the map by doing the other 15 and avoid the one in Battalia and Sauromugue. However if you want the money you will eventually want to do them. They're pretty annoying though and getting through Eldieme will require several ppl as you need to flip switches to get past some of the doors.

Sauromugue one is past the 3rd Banishing Gate in Garlaige.

The island for Batallia can be accessed through the I-10 bunker of Eldieme, by going through an invisible hole in the southern most room.
