Blame it on the Japanese!

Why is it that whenever something happens that a NA doesn't like JP are to blame? Also most of the threads I have read about camping Argus half the stuff on the thread is saying how you can't win the pull if you are NA because all JP have voke bots. Is it just me or are people just trying to put off their bad playskill onto others?
