Note to self: carry a full set of scale/lizard in dunes

I've decided to do this.

When partying in Dunes, always carry around full set of scale or lizard armor (depending on your level). Give them out to n00b warriors.

It's incredibly just how many n00b tanks are wearing leather or ~GASP~ level 1 bronze armor.

Equally amazing how they get shocked when the first mob the party fights swats them down in two hits sending them back to their homepoint in bastok.

Also, just because you're a dragoon or dark knight and therefore "not a tank" does not mean you can get away with wearing level 1 bronze armor. You make perfectly acceptable tanks at low level and you may very well be called upon to tank.

Yup pisses me off. Especially since that gear is not that expensive. Part of the reason I dont level low level jobs.. Well I guess I will be soon now that I have Fenrir and my summoner isnt gimped.

There's nothing wrong with level 1 bronze armour. It looks cool (at least on Mithra, not on guys) and I've worn it to kill the Dragoon quest Dragon, we got the record time well.

I wouldn't recomend it for tanks.

Actually, it could also be the brass armor. And please do not remind me of the male and the Subligar... I've been traumatized for life because of it. ^^

Yeah I see it alot... they should atleast have the decency to have scale armor, but I've seen lvl 18s there with starting armor.
