What is a good Dialup ISP for FFXI?

My friend is having trouble with AOL/MSN can anyone reccomend a good Dialup ISP for him? I was thinking about earthlink but I can't be sure.

I use Earthlink and i have no problems with it. its cheaper than "Gay-O-L too.
